Currently serving as Benefits Senior Manager at Baker Tilly Kelly manages the firm’s benefits. She is responsible for setting and overseeing annual open enrollment deliverables, coordinating internal and external support resources, and ensuring the timely completion of all commitments. Kelly excels at streamlining processes to meet organizational goals. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Kelly contributed to Siemens Business Services as part of the Office of Continuous Improvement. Her responsibilities included quality assurance reporting,  database management, trend analysis using MS Access, employee training, and customer care reporting. Kelly’s commitment to improving helpdesk performance and enhancing customer service laid a strong foundation for her future leadership roles.
