Kay Luna is a senior communications manager at John Deere focused on employee communications. She leads enterprise-wide messaging for People (HR) programs, global communicator alignment, and inclusion initiatives—helping 70,000+ employees stay connected to the company’s purpose, values, and programs that impact their lives. She also is a former journalist, nominated for a Pulitzer Prize in 2010 for a newspaper series about a 12-year-old girl with a rare disease.

Active in industry benchmarking, Kay serves on The Conference Board’s Internal Communications Council and helped launch its frontline communications subcommittee with Kim Diehr of BorgWarner and Lisa McCormick Lavery of CSL Behring.
