Kathleen A. Harris, MPH, is a senior executive with two decades of experience in global benefits and healthcare innovation. She serves as Head of Consultant Relations and Strategic Programs at Forma, partnering with employers and consultants to design globally compliant benefits programs that reflect what employees value, including flexibility and personalization, while delivering measurable outcomes such as higher engagement, cost predictability.

Kathleen spent over a decade at Time Warner, now Warner Bros. Discovery, rising to Vice President of Global Benefits. There, she led global health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs and was an early adopter of progressive and inclusive benefits, including surrogacy, elective egg freezing, and personalized care advocacy.

As Founder of Cornfield Point Consulting, Kathleen has advised more than a dozen digital health startups on go to market and commercialization strategy. She is a frequent industry speaker, serves on the board of the Northeast Business Group on Health, and co-authored a leading employer guide on social determinants of health.

Kathleen holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University.
