Kathleen Freeburg, ASA, Director, Pharmacy Practice, WTW. Kathleen Freeburg was has been with WTW for ten years and serves as a Director within WTW’s pharmacy practice. In this capacity, she leads pharmacy pricing analytics and financial modeling, manages pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) relationships and negotiations, and supports end-to-end client modeling and strategy development. Her responsibilities include leading PBM RFPs, renewals, and market checks; negotiating contract and pricing terms with major and emerging PBM vendors; and translating pharmacy market dynamics into actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations for a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior to her current role, Kathleen has held progressively responsible positions within WTW’s pharmacy practice, supporting clients with both traditional and direct PBM contracting arrangements. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and was recognized with WTW’s Circle CEO Award in 2024 for exceptional performance and client impact.
