She supports customer efforts to identify cost saving opportunities and healthcare quality improvement strategies through improved medication management and prescribing. Her recent projects include clinical evaluations of conditions highly impacted by specialty drugs (such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Migraines, and various Cancers), development of prediction models and quality assessments for prescription opioids and potential substance abuse risk, evaluation of drug pricing variation across health networks and benefits, synthesis of AI Natural Language Processing and EMR notes to notify providers of high-risk opioid prescriptions, identification of early risk factors that influence medication adherence, drug and vaccine adverse event evaluations, and cost impact studies on new to market specialty drugs.
