Katherine Hatcher

Katie Hatcher is The Conference Board Manager, Enterprise Member Engagement. Since joining in August 2021, she has partnered closely with senior executives from leading organizations to help them maximize the full value of their global Enterprise memberships. Her work focuses on strengthening peer-to-peer executive networks, facilitating strategic introductions, and guiding Members through the wide range of resources available to them.

Prior to joining The Conference Board, Katie served as Development Associate at Berger Hirschberg Strategies, where she implemented fundraising strategies for candidates running for local, state, and federal office, as well as for nonprofit organizations.

She holds a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and spent a year studying Political Science at University College London as part of a study abroad program.
