Kate Miceli is a global operations leader with over 20 years of industry experience across Human Capital and Risk Capital. She has spent the last 12 years leading large-scale transformation and operational improvement programs across complex professional services organizations. She is currently the COO of Human Capital North America at Aon, leading business operations across the Health, Wealth and Talent businesses.
Prior to Aon, Kate served as Global Head of Operations for the Global Health & Benefits business at Willis Towers Watson, where she was responsible for business operations across six regions and more than 50 countries.

Throughout her career, Kate has been recognized for building high-performing global teams, modernizing operating models, scaling delivery capabilities, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improve client experience, colleague engagement, and financial performance.

Kate is known for a transformation-oriented leadership style, combining a keen eye for emerging technologies such as AI with an innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo to unlock new ways of working and deliver measurable business impact.

Kate began her career in Property & Casualty and holds a Bachelor of Science from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Montgomery School, where she supports the school’s strategic direction, governance, and financial oversight.
