He most recently served as President, EMEA at Vertiv — a S&P500 NYSE-listed global leader in critical digital infrastructure — where he held full P&L responsibility for the region and drove significant transformation in business strategy, operational excellence, and profitability across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Over his career, Karsten has developed deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, channel development, manufacturing and operational leadership, and organisational design navigating market expansion, acquisitions, and large-scale change at the top of a global organisation.
