Karsten Hoyer

Karsten Hoyer is the Director for the People Analytics, Intelligence and AI Council and appointed Senior Fellow at the Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. 

As an experienced Global HR- and GBS Executive (Fresenius SE, Bayer AG, Schering AG, Nihon Schering K.K., Deutsche Bank AG) and trusted people leader, advisor, coach and mentor, Karsten brings deep expertise in strategic and operational HR. This includes frontrunning in HR digital transformation, driving operational excellence, and performing large scale value cases on platform & workflow automation, process & experience design, analytics & AI. Karsten has a proven track record in framing and driving organizational transformation, incl. HR M&A and business transformation.

His qualifications include a Doctorate (doctoral thesis on International Human Resource Management) and a Masters Degree from the University of Constance, as well as diplomas and certifications from Wharton School, INSEAD, IMD, Ashridge, Harvard and UCLA.
