Karen is responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction and agenda for talent and the employee experience, spanning the employee lifecycle across AXA XL globally. Karen spent 16 years at AXA Liabilities Managers, serving in an accumulative number of senior role including, Chief Information Officer, Global Head of Human Resources and then CEO of AXA Liabilities Managers in the US. Before joining AXA Liabilities Managers, Karen spent three years in program management roles within AXA Group.
