Kabir Kumar is an accomplished professional in the fields of Belonging, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. He is passionate about applying shared value approaches to creating systemic change and leveraging core business strengths with the power of civil society, governments, nonprofits and other companies to meaningfully improve peoples’ lives.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Inclusive Workforce at The Walt Disney Company, Kabir has previously held positions such as Interim Head of Global Belonging at Walmart, as well as Head of Community at Walmart.org. Additionally, Kabir is currently serving his second term as a Board Member of Interfaith America and has served as a Commissioner for the Arkansas Governor’s Commission on National Service and Volunteerism (Engage AR).

Previous experience also includes roles as a Senior Development Officer at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and numerous leadership positions at various nonprofit organizations around the world, including the US, UK and India.
