J-Young Kim is the Director of Benefits for the Americas at MongoDB. In this role, J-Young leads the design and delivery of benefit programs for the US, Canada, and Latin America. With extensive experience in health & welfare programs, 401(k) administration, and absence management, J-Young focuses on creating and managing programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the latest trends in the industry. Prior to joining MongoDB, J-Young spent 6 years at State Street, preceded by 7 years at Mercer.
