Julio Ramundo is the Corporate Finance Director at Suzano, in charge of Treasury, Credit, Insurance and M&A. In this position, he has supervised recent Capital Markets and Loan transactions, including Suzano’s Sustainability-Linked Bond issuances. Previously to joining Suzano, Julio served for more than fifteen years in various executive positions at BNDES, including five years as Senior Executive Director leading both the corporate finance for industrial projects and the equity (BNDESPAR) divisions. During his career, he has served as a member of the Board of private and publicly listed companies. Julio holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UFRJ (1992) and an MBA from the London Business School, University of London (2001).
