Julie Fernandez leads herronpalmer’s Global HR Advisory practice, bringing more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience. She has led some of the most complex global HR technology and service delivery transformations, advising organizations on HR operating models, SaaS HCM and talent platforms, payroll, shared services and third-party partnerships.

Before joining herronpalmer, Julie spent more than 18 years at ISG, where she led the HR Technology & Transformation practice. Earlier in her career, she built HR shared service centers and advised leading HR, payroll and benefits providers.

Julie is a recognized thought leader in the industry, a speaker and published author on topics ranging from HR technology and experience, shared services, and global HR and Payroll provider markets. She has been named an HRO Today “HR Superstar Advisor” multiple times and is the co-creator and co-host of the HR & Payroll 2.0 podcast. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from the Honors College at Michigan State University, and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Wayne State University.
