As Qualtrics Chief People Officer, Julia leads the team that powers exceptional experiences for Qualtrics employees. Since joining Qualtrics in 2021, she has reshaped how the organization views and partners with the People function and how we leverage employee listening to inform decisions made. The People organization consists of Talent Attraction, People Brand & Belonging, HR Service Delivery, HR Technology & Insights, Total Rewards, People Development & Engagement, and Real Estate and Workplace Experience.

Previously, Julia was Vice President of Employee Experience at Adobe, where she played a critical role delivering exceptional people strategies for leadership and employee development, compensation planning, as well as organizational design, talent, and succession planning. Julia has also served as a leader in HR at Symantec, Intuit, Yahoo!, Solyndra, Align Technology [Invisalign] and began her professional career as an Employment/Marketing Communication Specialist & New College Graduate at Applied Materials. Julia is a member of the Society Human Resources Management Executive Network and also serves on the Women in Leadership Advisory Council at Southern Methodist University (SMU).

Julia earned her degree from SMU and works from Qualtrics headquarters in Utah.
