Judi Seltz joined Labcorp as the chief human resources officer in 2019. Prior to Labcorp, she served as the chief human resources officer at Diversey, a portfolio company of Bain Capital and a global provider of sustainable hygiene technologies, services, and solutions for cleaning, food safety and infection prevention.

Prior to assuming the CHRO role at Diversey, Seltz was the senior vice president, human resources, for the Global Human Health Division of Merck and Co, Inc., a global healthcare company that delivers innovative health solutions through its prescription medicines, vaccines, biologic therapies, and animal health products. Before joining the Global Human Health team at Merck, she was based in Luzern, Switzerland as the associate vice president for emerging markets human resources, with business clients and HR teams in more than 50 markets across Asia Pacific, Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to her assignment outside the U.S., Seltz held various roles with Merck, including the global program management for an SAPTM Human Capital Management implementation across 84 countries, leadership of the global HR operating model design and transformation efforts, and as the HR business partner for the global HR community. When she joined Merck in 2003, she supported the worldwide Basic Research organization within the Merck Research Labs.

Prior to Merck, Judi was the assistant vice president, human resources, for the Network Systems operating company of Hughes Electronics, where she led worldwide employee reward and equity programs, global organizational design strategies, merger and acquisition activity, the implementation of HR information systems, and employee communication.

A Certified Compensation Professional, Seltz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
