Dr. Jon Gallegos is a Research Scientist at the Limeade Institute. He possesses a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Statistics from Penn State University and worked as a psychology researcher at the University of Washington before moving to Limeade. His work has been funded in the past by the National Science Foundation and the American Psychological Association. Jon’s work focuses on examining the employee experience through the lens of emotion, attitudes, behavior, and group membership. His most recent work at the Limeade Institute involved performing a multi-country quantitative study to define the employee experience, develop assessments to evaluate the employee experience within organizations, and demonstrate the outcomes of a positive employee experience.
