John focuses on the employee experience and the alignment of HR with the strategic objectives of the organization. He is a managing director and global transformation leader of the Employee Experience business at WTW.  He champions client efforts to improve the working lives of their employees.

John brings 30+ years of human resources, change leadership and total rewards experience to his clients.  John has led total rewards projects in consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare.
