Joe is an experienced executive with a proven track record in healthcare administration for over twenty years. Joe began his career as a Claims Manager for the Traveler's Insurance Company in 1985. He has advanced his career and responsibilities with leadership positions in financial management, underwriting, account management, operations and most recently in client management.

Joe is the Regional Vice President for UnitedHealthcare National Accounts’ and is based in San Francisco, California. He manages a multi-state region that includes a number of complex and diverse national employers.

Joe has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
