Jill Wrobel is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Brunswick Corporation, a global leader in marine recreation.  In her HR Officer role, Ms. Wrobel leads Brunswick’s culture, talent and operating model strategy for 15,000 employees in 25 countries, supporting over 60-industry leading marine brands.  During her time at the company, Brunswick has been recognized as a Forbes best place to work company, a top ten US News and World Report employer for employee experience, one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing from Newsweek Magazine, Time Magazine’s No. 1 ranked midsize company in the Engineering and Manufacturing category plus many other diversity and employer of choice awards.  

Ms. Wrobel was named to the 2024 Boating Industry Women Making Waves award list for women in the marine industry who made significant impact and the 2022 Crain’s Chicago Business’ Notable Executives in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.  She cohosts an internal Brunswick leadership podcast, Propelling Perspectives, which won a 2024 DotComm Award Gold award in its inaugural year.  Before Brunswick, her professional experience included roles of increasing responsibility and scope at Walgreens Boots Alliance and PwC.

Ms. Wrobel serves as Treasurer, Finance Committee Chairwoman and Board Member for the Melanoma Research Foundation since 2020. 

Ms. Wrobel has a Bachelors in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.  She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and her two sons.
