Jessica Spiegel is the Chief Client Officer at Summus, where she leads the Customer Success and Member Experience teams. A founding member of Summus, Jessica oversees the full lifecycle of both clients and members, from onboarding and engagement to delivering a standout member experience and driving long-term retention.

Jessica is passionate about building scalable service-delivery systems, empowering teams to thrive, and delivering measurable value for clients and meaningful outcomes for members navigating complex health journeys.

Before joining Summus, Jessica was a Vice President at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where she led product strategy and managed key relationships for financial services clients. She began her career as an associate in the commercial real estate department at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Jessica holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School and a B.A. with highest honors from The Johns Hopkins University.
