Jessica Hartley is a strategy and customer experience executive with more than 20 years of experience transforming organizations through the lens of digital innovation, human-centered design, and connected ecosystems. With a career spanning startups, agencies, and global consulting firms, she has built a reputation for uniting customer, client, and employee experiences into one powerful, people-centered journey.

In her current role as Managing Director, Head of Design and Customer Experience (DCE) for the Finance, Technology, and Data & Analytics portfolio within JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) business, Jessica helps drive Chase’s mission to deliver exceptional employee and customer experiences. She leads strategic initiatives that accelerate speed to market, reduce friction, and elevate delight across the organization.

Jessica also serves on the Atlanta Tech Center Leadership Team and is a Product & Experience Site Co-Lead, advancing culture and engagement for product, technology, design, and data talent across the region. She is passionate about building high-performing teams in Atlanta that are grounded in design excellence and committed to embedding customer experience principles across CCB’s portfolio of products and services.

A champion for equity and inclusion, Jessica is an active member of the Black Executive Forum, LGBTQ+ Executive Forum, and Women on the Move. Her leadership is deeply rooted in expanding access, visibility, and opportunity for systemically excluded communities in both corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.

Through her consulting firm, Hartical Media, LLC, Jessica delivers high-impact workshops, keynotes, and executive coaching experiences focused on career pivots, leadership development, and navigating professional transitions. Her work empowers individuals—especially women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ professionals—to align their purpose with their career path, tell their unique stories with confidence, and unlock new opportunities through strategic branding and intentional growth. She partners with corporations, ERGs, and leadership programs to drive inclusion, elevate talent, and support long-term success.

Jessica proudly serves on the Board of Trustees for WorldOregon, a nonprofit focused on fostering global engagement and leadership. She is an executive member of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), a national organization supporting the advancement of Black technology leaders.

She holds a BA in Communications from Purdue University and an MBA in Media Management from the Metropolitan College of New York. Jessica currently resides in metro Atlanta with her three children.
