Jerry is a global inclusion executive with 26 years of professional experience, including 19 years advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across Fortune 500 and multinational organizations. He partners with executives and employees at every level to build inclusive cultures, lead organizational change, and deliver measurable business impact.

His expertise spans DEI, organizational change, executive communications, learning and development, and data-driven strategy. Jerry has led transformational initiatives across technology, media and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, commercial real estate, energy, healthcare, transportation, banking, and managed services.

Jerry currently serves as Director of Global DEI at Roku. Previously, he established the global DEI functions at The Kraft Heinz Company and Hines, helping shape culture and leadership across complex global organizations.
