Dr. Jenny Barks-Taylor, based in Singapore, is Head of Production and Supply for the APAC region and has worked for Syngenta and legacy companies for over 25 years. Throughout a successful career, Jenny has had the opportunity to hold a breadth of leadership positions across Supply Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Process Management, and Business Transformation and has experienced multiple geographical dimensions. 

Jenny describes herself as an energetic and driven individual complemented by a genuine caring attitude. She is a leader who excels in collaboration, influencing, people, and team development and enjoys working in dynamic and diverse environments. She has demonstrated the ability to think and act strategically with a proven track record of results delivery. She is now playing a pivotal role within the APAC Business and working to transform how agriculture crops are grown and protected.  She is motivated by seeking ways to accelerate innovation to advance a more sustainable agriculture that is good for nature, farmers, and society.
