Jen Turner is an experienced global talent executive with over 20 years of progressive experience across multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Throughout her career, Jen has partnered with businesses to amplify performance through innovative talent management strategies including workforce planning, total rewards, talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and people operations. Jen is currently the Senior Director of Global People Operations at G2, a global technology company.

Outside of work, Jen serves on the Board of Directors for Math Circles of Chicago, a local organization with a mission to create meaningful and fun experiences through math enrichment programs for both students and educators. Jen is based in Chicago where she lives with her family and their dog Keno.
