Jennifer Snider is Classic Collision's Director of Employee Wellbeing and she believes employee health and safety don't clock out at 5 PM. She leads comprehensive strategies that safeguard wellbeing both on the job and out in the world. Her Risk & Compliance team handles ADA accommodations, occupational safety (including OSHA and EPA compliance), workers' compensation, and fleet management. Her Employee Benefits team (Jennifer's first love!) manages health/welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave administration.

With such a wide set of responsibilities, it's obvious that "Jenny in Bennies", as she is known at Classic, is a passionate advocate for holistic employee support. It is her absolute joy to steer proactive initiatives that enhance engagement and reduce risk to foster thriving employees and dependents.
