Jennifer Murtha is an Assistant Vice President of Change Management and Organizational Development at Lincoln Financial, where she leads enterprise transformation initiatives focused on workforce adoption, leadership capability, and modern ways of working. With over 20 years of experience across nonprofit and corporate sectors, she specializes in translating strategy into action by putting people at the center of change.

She currently leads Lincoln Financial’s InspireAI program, driving AI adoption through a human-centered approach that emphasizes employee experience, capability building, and responsible innovation.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Central Florida. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and their two dogs and is a proud mom to a son serving in the U.S. Navy.
