Since stepping into her current role in 2025, Jen leads a talented team in designing and implementing benefits programs that support employee well-being, alongside developing compensation plans to attract and retain top talent. Her team designs programs that not only meet compliance standards but also drive cost efficiency and reinforce the organization’s strategic priorities.  Jen is recognized for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and deep expertise in benefits and compensation. Jen is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork and contributes her expertise as a volunteer advisory member of the St. Louis Archdiocese Benefits Committee.
