Jennifer joined Foot Locker as Executive Vice President & General Counsel in July 2023. Jennifer leads Foot Locker’s global legal team delivering legal, governance and compliance services across the organization.

Prior to joining Foot Locker, Jennifer was senior vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary for Starbucks, where she was responsible for leading a team providing legal support across areas including securities and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, international and data privacy. Immediately prior to joining Starbucks, Jennifer served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at United Airlines where she had oversight responsibility for a cross-functional team that supported a variety of functions and legal practice areas, including corporate governance, securities, corporate transactions, the MileagePlus loyalty program, regulatory, environmental, compliance and legal operations.

Prior to joining United, Jennifer served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Aon Corporation, and previously was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins.

Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University where she was a full scholarship member of the women’s volleyball team and an Academic All-American, and her juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.

Jennifer currently serves as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago and the Children at the Crossroads Foundation.
