Jennifer Finn is Senior Manager, Benefits at Everest, where she oversees employee benefit programs with a focus on retirement, wellbeing, and employee experience. With almost 20 years of industry experience, she leads benefit strategy, communications, vendor partnerships, and program enhancements designed to support employees' physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. Jennifer earned the CEBS designation, an MBA in Human Resources Management and International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
