CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Corporate Secretary, Jennifer is responsible for corporate governance for Henry Schein, Inc., working closely with the Company’s Board of Directors and executive officers, the Henry Schein Cares Foundation, Inc., and the Company’s global subsidiaries. Assisting in all legal corporate matters, Jennifer’s responsibilities include SEC reporting; executive compensation; corporate citizenship; global trademarks; and general corporate matters. Jennifer also manages the Legal Department’s internship program.
