Jennifer Bronner has worked in the Community Relations field for over 20 years with management roles in a variety of corporate, nonprofit and academic organizations. She spent 12 years as a core team member of the Cox Automotive Community Relations department, which encompasses brands such as Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, Manheim Auctions, Dealertrack and a variety of software and automotive-related companies. At Cox Automotive, Jennifer was instrumental in creating, establishing and growing community relations programs and initiatives for 25,000 employees.  In 2018, Jennifer and her team joined the Corporate Social Responsibility & Social Impact team at Cox Enterprises. 

As Director at Cox, she focuses on developing and building employee volunteerism programs for 50,000 team members through nonprofit partnerships, CSR strategy brand alignment, corporate charitable giving, employee giving, companywide campaigns and leading large-scale, multi-brand and divisional teambuilding projects focused on STEAM and strengthening our talent pipeline through those STEAM partnerships. Her team also supports Cox’s social goal 34by 34:  to empower 34 million people to live more prosperous lives by 2034, which has empowered almost 10 million people since 2020.  She helps to do this by concentrating on strategic initiatives that support access to technology, lifelong education, social equity, good health and workforce development.

Jennifer graduated from Clemson University and continues to be a proud Clemson Tiger. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time her husband and two children. Staying busy and active with kid activities that include horseback riding and flag football, exploring Atlanta’s great restaurants and cheering her teams on at Clemson and Atlanta sporting events.
