Jeff is a business executive with a unique blend of finance, innovation, and commercialization experience developed over a career spanning technology, manufacturing, professional services, and economic development. Most recently, Jeff retired from the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI) after more than 10 years supporting the growth and competitiveness of Canadian businesses. During his time at the Ontario Centre of Innovation, Jeff provided leadership to a pan-provincial team working closely with senior business leaders across industries to accelerate innovation, commercialization, and strategic growth initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Jeff served as CFO and Vice President of Products for a Waterloo-based non-destructive testing company that was later acquired. Prior to that, he worked as a research consultant in the public accounting sector, providing business incentive support to Canadian-based companies across multiple industry sectors.

Jeff began his career in research and development within the automotive industry. From his PhD and R&D work, he holds five patents and has authored more than 15 publications.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been keenly supportive of increasing the competitiveness of Canadian companies through technology development and commercialization. He has worked closely with senior executives to connect organizations with resources, expertise, and strategic opportunities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across industry sectors.
