Jeff Greene is a Managing Director in RSM US LLP’s Deal Services practice, where he advises boards and senior executives on M&A, divestitures, portfolio strategy, and capital allocation. He counsels clients across the transaction lifecycle, from evaluating strategic alternatives and executing complex separations to capturing value post-close.

Jeff’s career spans investment banking, corporate finance advisory, and operating roles, including serving as Global Vice Chair–Corporate Finance at EY and as a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey. He brings particular expertise in value-based management and the life sciences sector.

Jeff’s writing has appeared in Corporate Board Member, Board Leadership, and the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance. He edited and co-authored The Stress Test Every Business Needs and has been quoted in the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and The Deal. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in physics, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
