She has led the administration of domestic and global benefit plans, including both self-insured and fully insured models, ensuring they align with business strategy and employee wellbeing.

Throughout her career, Janet has been instrumental in implementing innovative point solutions to enhance the employee experience, from specialized cancer care programs to mental health and maternity support initiatives. Most recently, her team launched an AI-powered benefits support tool to provide employees with real-time, personalized benefits assistance.
