Jane has over 35 years of leadership experience at BMS, driving transformative initiatives domestically and internationally. She has led major efforts such as M&A integrations, pension de-risking, and establishing an Employee Benefits Captive. Most notably, she guided the merger between BMS and Celgene, harmonizing hundreds of benefit plans across 44 markets in under four years, ensuring they were innovative, inclusive, aligned with global wellbeing strategies, and global benefits minimum standards.

Jane also spearheaded a global benefits digital transformation, launching a unified administration platform across 40 markets in less than three years. Her work has earned her recognition and invitations to speak at industry events, including the HR Technology Conference. She is widely known for designing market-leading benefits, leveraging technology, and transforming HR delivery.

A passionate mentor, Jane enjoys coaching emerging talent in global benefits management. She is dedicated to advancing inclusive benefits and uses her deep expertise and networks to drive industry innovation and help shape the future of HR.
