Jamie Y. Whitaker Campbell, JD, CCMP, is a seasoned people and culture leader known for bringing clarity, connection, and momentum to organizations navigating growth and change. With more than 15 years of experience spanning law, higher education, finance, and manufacturing, Jamie currently serves as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Whitaker Campbell Consulting, LLC, where she partners with leadership teams to strengthen their change leadership capabilities, elevate cross‑generational communication, and build cultures where people feel equipped and empowered to flourish.

Jamie has held multiple leadership roles during her career including interim Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Biola University, where she oversaw eight academic departments and implemented policies that increased faculty diversity and strengthened academic operations; talent development manager at First American Title Insurance, a Fortune 500 company, creating an industry-unique professional development program for underwriters; and, most recently, at Niagara Bottling, where she led the organization wide culture and engagement strategy for more than 8,000 team members and spearheaded the enterprise change management strategy with a focus on leadership competency.

Jamie holds a JD from Georgetown University and multiple certifications in strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change management.
