James Sharpe is Vice President, Benefits and Wellbeing at Bristol Myers Squibb, responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of programs to delivery a healthy global workforce at BMS.   Prior to BMS James led HR M&A, Benefits and Global Mobility at J.Wiley and Sons.  James also spent 15 years in consulting, guiding large multinational companies through complex global compensation, benefits, and M&A projects, based in London and then New York.

James holds a degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick.
