Jakob Janzon is Head of Global Compensation & Mobility for Linde plc, reporting to the CHRO. Linde is a global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 revenues of $34 B, 65,000 employees, and operations in over 80 countries. Mr. Janzon is responsible for executive compensation, broad-based compensation, global mobility, and payroll audits. Mr. Janzon joined Linde in 1998 and has served in roles in finance, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, communications, and HR at the corporate level and in several business units. Prior to joining Linde, Mr. Janzon was a management consultant with Arthur D. Little in Stockholm and Philadelphia.

Mr. Janzon holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and an MBA from Yale University.
