Jake joined CVS Health in 2014 and has held roles across the company – he is now the Vice President of Member Engagement & Loyalty at Aetna. He oversees Aetna’s personalized Member communications, marketing, and community engagement across several lines of business. He partners across CVS Health’s Digital, Analytics, Product and Account Management organizations to build Aetna’s Member Engagement strategy & technology roadmap, while delivering exceptional Member Experience. Prior to his current role, Jake was the VP of Consumer Healthcare & Supplemental Benefits at CVS.

Jake received his undergraduate degree from Bates College with a major in Mathematics/minor in Economics and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

He lives in Maine with his wife Jackie, son Max (10) and daughter Avery (7). He enjoys cooking, skiing and mountain biking with his friends and family.
