Isabelle Rodas-Panek leads Grants Management & Charitable Contributions for Visa Foundation, where she has overseen the responsible disbursement and management for over $200 Million in Financial Inclusion and Community Impact grants. Isabelle also leads coordination of Visa and Visa Foundation’s Disaster & Humanitarian Crisis Response, as well as the Employee Matching Gifts Program – consistently striving to energize employee engagement through accessible and thoughtful community impact initiatives. Previously at Citi Foundation, Isabelle helped facilitate grants for relief programs including a $25 Million Small Business Relief RFP, $15 Million CDFI Relief Program, and $10 Million PPP Relief Fund. Isabelle is Venezuelan & Salvadoran, and she holds a Master’s in International Studies from American University and is based in Washington, DC.
