Stu Larson has overall responsibility for short and long term talent forecasting for Monsanto, as well as for identifying the most significant talent management issues facing the company and addressing them in partnership with the global Talent Management organization. Prior to his current role, Stu spent 13 years in various levels of Organizational Development for the Chemical Division of Monsanto, then Solutia, and finally the new Monsanto. During his time as an Internal OD resource he led numerous change initiatives ranging from broad, global programs such as designing and implementing performance management systems, designing and leading global leadership development initiatives, and developing and implementing global feedback and survey tools. He has also been involved in more customized interventions, including strategic business planning, team building, and coaching and mentoring for a wide range of individuals, teams and organizations.
