Martín Ibañez Frocham is Mercer's Senior Partner, advising clients in Latin America to optimize the contribution of executive talent. Previously, he served as a business leader for Career for Latin America, General Director of Operations (COO) of Mercer Mexico, and General Manager of Mercer Argentina.

During his 20 years at Mercer, Martín has worked extensively on human capital strategy, executive compensation, performance management, leadership development and succession planning.

Martín obtained his Master in Business Administration at the CEMA - Buenos Aires / Argentina, and his Masters in Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is also a graduate of the Senior Executive Program of the London Business School (2009) and the Executive Development Program (PDD) of the IAE (1997). In the academic field, he is a professor of the CEMA MBA, and was a professor at the Universidad del Salvador and the Torcuato DiTella University.
