Chief Talent Officer
Jill Altana is currently the Chief Talent Officer for ADP. Jill began her ADP career in the Brokerage Services Division, in NYC and has held various HR leadership roles in multiple business divisions over her more than 30 year history. She has worked in field, divisional and corporate HR roles as well as led many enterprise service, sales and HR initiatives including development of ADP’s comprehensive Career Growth and Development solution for ADP’s 58,000 associates worldwide. Today, Jill and her team, are leading many progressive talent efforts for ADP including the development of talent products like the Leader & Network Compass adding to ADP’s product portfolio.
Jill left ADP for two years in 2004 specifically to spend more time with her two boys. During that period she also worked for The Radclyffe Group, LLC, a contact center training and consulting firm, as a senior consultant where she provided HR consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 contact center clients.
Jill has presented at a number of talent and leadership development forums including, Training125, Purdue University Call Center Campus and IQPC. She has also contributed to many talent publications and podcasts. Jill has been involved in pro bono organizational design consulting for the YMCA and currently sits on the board for the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative (BVMI), a not-for-profit organization that provides free healthcare to the working uninsured Bergen County residents.
Jill holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from Rutgers University and attained her SPHR in 2003.
