Stuart Crawford-Browne is an international researcher and marketing professional, with expertise in brand and customer experience management, employee engagement, innovation, technology and business strategy. He writes articles and white papers for CX Magazine, CMO.com, Bankershub and WARC. He also contributed to Colin Strong’s book “Humanizing Big Data” (Kogan Page, 2015).
Stuart is part of the CX community in the United Kingdom. He has been a regular judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards, Financial Services Experience Awards and Digital Experience Awards by Awards International since 2014, he draws on best practices and learnings from these activities.
Stuart holds a MBA from Hull University Business School and a bachelors degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from The University of Cape Town.
