Danny Ferron is a principal in EY’s Global People Advisory Services practice. With over 17 years of human resources consulting experience, Danny has worked side-by-side with clients as they have implemented a variety of strategic initiatives including HR transformation and technology implementations, HR readiness across full deal life-cycle transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) and operating models, and business restructuring and workforce transitions.
Danny co-authored the EY business-led people operating model, HR transformation methodology, outpace solution chain, digital delivery tools and led training for HRT practitioners globally.
Prior to joining EY Danny was employed at Towers Watson and Accenture. He has an MBA from Florida State University.
