Kristine Dunn leads the enterprise Organizational Development team, a dynamic group of professionals accountable to leading and guiding DTE Energy on the strategy and deployment of key cultural processes to create a positive employee experience: performance management, change management, talent planning and employee engagement.
She has led learning and development functions both internally to organizations and as a consultant over the past 17 years and is certified in a number of assessments, leadership development courseware and strengths coaching.
Kristine holds her Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), as well as a Master’s of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Her newest role is Mom to 4-month old daughter Charlotte.
