Diane Adams is an innovative “Culture and Talent” leader who’s taken the traditional Human Resources mantle and turned it around to create a new paradigm for building great workplace cultures, accelerating corporate change, and driving corporate results – all while inspiring and enabling people to live extraordinary lives, both personally and professionally.
An accomplished business leader and author, Diane’s approach is to build high-performing, values-based cultures by combining powerful employee engagement programs, innovative communications strategies and global workforce campaigns that align, empower, motivate, and capture the imagination and full potential of every employee – often leading toward better than 90 percent of the workforce aligned to its goals and priorities. Her recent book, More than Casual Fridays and Free Coffee: Building a Business Culture that Works for Everyone, takes the reader through the journey of building great cultures.
