Rose Hollister, Principal of Hollister Associates, Inc., consults to organizations interested in accelerating leaders, teams and business performance.
From 2010 to 2017, Rose had oversight for the Leadership Institute at McDonald’s. The Institute provides cutting edge development opportunities for the top 1600 global McDonald’s leaders. Initiatives included high potential officer and director programs, executive onboarding, team facilitation and business acumen offerings. By adopting virtual learning platforms, Rose and her team increased the reach of their programs by 250%. Rose also was instrumental in defining the evolving culture of McDonald’s and creating resources that allowed the culture to be shared with over 10,000 people in more than a dozen countries.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Rose worked in a variety of internal and external roles specializing in leadership development, change management, executive coaching and conflict resolution. Clients included BP, GE, Kraft, ADP, Caremark, Cars.com and Jones Lang LaSalle. Rose was also the VP of Learning and Development for Equity Office where she led leadership, functional development and change management.
Rose serves on the Advisory Council for Northwestern University’s Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern teaching graduate level courses in executing strategic change and coaching.
