Nowell D. Bamberger’s practice focuses on cross-border dispute resolution, including litigation before U.S. and foreign courts, international investigations, and international arbitration.
Nowell’s typical assignments include representation of financial institutions, investment professionals and multinational firms in a wide variety of disputes and regulatory investigations arising under U.S., foreign and international law. His experience includes representing clients in a variety of investigations matters, including before U.S. federal and state authorities, as well as authorities in the UK, Hong Kong, South Korea and the European Union; in addition to handling complex litigation matters in U.S. state and federal courts, as well as before the High Courts in England and Ireland.
Nowell joined the firm in 2008 and became a partner in 2017. He has spent extended periods working from the firm’s offices in Hong Kong and London, and holds dual U.S. and Italian citizenship.
